The Randolph County Democratic Party will hold annual precinct organizational meetings at several locations around the county between March 7, 2015 and March 17, 2015. Dates and locations are listed at the end of this announcement.

Jim Meredith, Randolph County Democratic Party Chair, said “The Democratic Party believes in providing educational opportunities for our children, help for our seniors and disabled, and in reasonable and fair economic policies that help businesses grow and create and sustain employment opportunities for our citizens. Precincts are the building blocks of a strong and vibrant party. We need robust precincts to help move our county, state, and country forward. Democrats are urged to attend and get involved in our efforts to create a brighter future for all.”

Please find your precinct and the date and location of your particular meeting below. All meetings will last about an hour.

9:30 am, Saturday, March 7 at County Democratic Party Headquarters, 118 N Church Street, Asheboro for the following 5 precincts: Asheboro East, Asheboro North, Asheboro South, Asheboro West, Back Creek.

 6:30 pm, Tuesday, March 10 at the new Randleman Community Center, (Conference Room)  144 West Academy Street, Randleman for the following 3 Precincts:  Providence. Randleman, Level Cross

6:30 pm, Thursday, March 12 at the Archdale/Trinity Area Democratic Party Office, 4913 Suite K, Archdale Rd, Trinity, NC 27370 for the following 4 Precincts: Archdale, New Market, Trinity, Trinity Tabernacle.

9:30 am, Saturday, March 14 at County Democratic Party Headquarters, 118 N Church Street, Asheboro for the following 5 precincts: Grant, Southern, Southwest, Tabernacle, Union Grove.

 6:30 pm, Tuesday, March 17 at the Ramseur Public Library (meeting room), 1512 Main Street, Ramseur for the following 5 precincts: Deep River, Southeast, Liberty, Staley, Ramseur.

Attendees will elect precinct officers and delegates to the County Convention to be held at 9:30am, April 18 at the Randolph County Courthouse. Meetings are free and open to registered Democrats residing in the precincts. All are encouraged to attend.
