Below is a calendar of meetings for the remainder of June, 2015.

The Headquarters Program Committee meets at headquarters, Thursday, June 25 at 7pm – Committee members please attend.

Democratic Women’s Breakfast, Saturday, June 27, 9:30 am at headquarters. All Democrats welcome. The meal is “pot luck,” so please bring a breakfast item to share with your friends.

Executive Committee Business Meeting, Saturday June 27, 10:30 am at headquarters (immediately following the Democratic Women’s breakfast meeting). All Democrats are welcome as our elected officers and precinct committee chairs conduct essential party business.

Meet the Candidate – The NAACP is hosting a “meet and greet” for John Thorpe at Democratic Party Headquarters, Sunday, June 28 at 6:30 pm. Please come and hear what John has to say. He is exploring the possibility of a run for North Carolina State Senate against Rick Gunn. If elected, John will represent the Eastern half of Randolph County in State Senate district 24.

County Commission Meeting – Monday, June 29, 6 pm. Historic Randolph County Courthouse, 145 Worth St, Asheboro NC. Open to all. Come and see county government at work.  CORRECTION! – Monday, July 6, 6pm
