The Democratic Women will have their monthly meeting at Democratic Party Headquarters from 2:00-3:00 PM. Coffee and dessert will be served. All are welcome. Come and bring a friend!
The Randolph County Democratic Party will hold annual precinct organizational meetings on Saturday, February 27 at Democratic Party Headquarters, 118 N Church St, Asheboro, NC 27203. Specific precinct meeting times are listed at the end of this announcement.
Jim Meredith, Randolph County Democratic Party Chair, said “Apathy is the enemy of democracy. The success of our government depends on the active interest and participation of its citizens. We are fortunate to have some great candidates running in Randolph County. Every Democrat is urged to attend his precinct meeting to learn more about the candidates, the issues and how all of us can do our part in this important election year.”
Please find your precinct and meeting time below. All meetings take place Saturday, February 27 at 118 N Church St, Asheboro, NC, 27203 and each will last about an hour. Snacks and coffee will be provided.

Attendees will elect precinct officers and delegates to the County Convention to be held in April. Meetings are free and open to registered Democrats residing in the precincts. All are encouraged to attend.

On Tuesday, February 23, Jennifer Faulkner of the NC State Board of Elections will present a program on the new Voter ID requirements that take effect this year. The program begins at 6:30 pm at the Randolph County Historic 1909 Courthouse located at 145 Worth Street, Asheboro, NC. There will be time for questions and answers after the main presentation. This program is sponsored by the Randolph County Democratic Party, and is free and open to the public. Please join us to learn more about the new requirements.
