We’d like to introduce three excellent candidates for Randolph County Board of Commissioners. Bob Kollm from Archdale, is running for the District 2 seat. Elworth (Boo) Cheek from Ramseur is running for the District 3 seat and Bob Morrison from Asheboro is running for the District 4 seat. All of these gentlemen would make fine additions to the Board of Commissioners. They are all three very involved with their communities and have been working to improve the lives of Randolph County residents. We urge you to vote for these three gentlemen in November.

Bob Kollm – District 2

Bob Kollm is a proven leader focused on service. From an Eagle Scout project in Creekside Park to his current role on the Archdale Planning and Zoning Board Bob has been improving the lives of Randolph County residents for two decades. In between that time Bob served on the Archdale Stormwater Management Advisory Board drafting the new policy and on City staff earning Archdale the 2010 Susan M Burgess Sustainability Award. Bob received two bachelor’s degrees from Appalachian State and an MBA from Portland State. Bob has held a number of management positions where he was responsible for dozens of employees, a multi-million dollar budget, and servicing over a quarter billion dollars of sales. Bob currently works as a strategy and process consultant and coaches soccer at the YMCA.
