FRIDAY 8/18/17 CALLS TO ACTION: So it begins (hopefully)…

You may have heard yesterday evening that Rep. Steve Cohen (TN-09) announced that he will be introducing Articles of Impeachment against “President” Trump.

Democrat to introduce Trump impeachment articles over his Charlottesville response

“I have expressed great concerns about President Trump’s ability to lead our country in the Resolution of No Confidence (HRes 456) that I introduced in July with 29 of my colleagues,” Representative Steve Cohen said in a statement. “However, after the President’s comments on Saturday, August 12 and again on Tuesday, August 15 in response to the horrific events in Charlottesville, I believe the President should be impeached and removed from office.”

Rep. Brad Sherman file (CA-30) and Rep. Al Green (TX-09) introduced Articles of Impeachment on July 12th.

Rep. Steve Cohen seeks to impeach President Trump after Charlottesville

Cohen and 23 House Democrats also filed a no confidence resolution against Trump in June, citing a litany of what they say is unacceptable behavior by the president of the United States.

Give Mark Walker a call and tell him he needs to get on board the impeachment train. It’s obvious that Donald Trump is unfit to serve as President and needs to be removed.
