2017 Precinct Organization Meetings

In the month since Donald Trump has been President, he has attacked and disregarded the institutions of democracy.   Many of you have responded by answering our calls to contact your legislators or joined in marches to resist oppression.  But we also need to fight here in Randolph County to elect trustworthy office holders at all levels of government from city and county to federal.

We are asking all Randolph County Democrats to join us as we organize our 22 precincts.  This year we are holding precinct meetings in more than one location and on more than one day to make it easier for everyone to attend.  If you do not know your precinct, you can find it on the State Board of Election’s Voter Information Page.  (It’s listed in the righthand column under “Jurisdictions”.)

Please make every effort to attend. The meetings are fairly short and you will get to meet some of your neighbors that you might not otherwise have gotten to meet. In fact, bring your own neighbor, too!

The following precincts will meet at 10:30 am this Saturday, Feb. 25th, in the downstairs meeting room of the Asheboro Public Library, immediately following the Randolph County Democratic Women’s meeting. The monthly Democratic Women’s meeting is open to all Randolph Co. Democrats, so feel free to come early and visit for a bit.
