Deborah Ross, Democratic Senatorial Candidate, to Visit Randolph Headquarters

drossThe public is invited to a reception for Deborah Ross, Democratic Candidate for United States Senate,  at Randolph County Democratic Party Headquarters, 118 North Church Street, Asheboro, NC, from 2 pm to 3 pm this coming Sunday, July 24. The reception is hosted by the Randolph County Democratic Party.  Light refreshments will be served.

Deborah Ross graduated from Brown University and earned her law degree from UNC at Chapel Hill. Before serving in the NC General Assembly (2003-2013), Deborah was Executive Director of the American Civil Liberties Union of North Carolina. She also taught at Duke Law School. After leaving the State House, Deborah joined GoTriangle, a regional authority providing transportation services that connect Wake, Durham, and Orange counties, and ensuring access to high-quality public transit to workers, students, and visitors. She and her husband Steve have been married since 1994 and live in a home they renovated in a historic neighborhood in Raleigh. Steve is an engineer who works in risk management. He enjoys camping, backpacking, and fishing.
